    Too Heavy
    I guess it may not be fair for me to evaluate since I ended up returning this item. The reason is it was just too heavy. It’s 10 pounds in weight WITHOUT anything in it.

    Great Bag but better customer service
    Bought original in 2006. After working great on 10 overseas trips, in May this year the handle would not work, and then came off. Repaired it enough to get it to work.

    Sufficient, but not for all tasks.
    I require a wheeled bag for my work. I have tried and used many different brands of wheeled luggage. Mainly this is because I treat bags as disposable.
